Position Overview
The Delskey State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, competitive, and sales-driven Insurance Account Producer to join our team.
In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, develop leads, build relationships with prospective and existing customers, and recommend insurance products based on their individual needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable pursuing sales goals, and is motivated by both personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments and conduct customer needs-based conversations.
- Recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Work with the agent and team to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Consistently follow up on sales opportunities and maintain an active pipeline.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred, including inside/outside sales, retail sales, customer service, or telemarketing but not required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals or quotas preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 122 Prospect Hill Rd East Windsor in Sofias Plaza.
- Our office is open Monday thought Friday 9 to 5 and Tuesdays 9-6.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
